Marcus and Alison first came to Nerja in 1998 when they came on a viewing trip of properties with an agent who had been involved in the Nerja area for many years, they helped us through the process of buying in Spain for the first time. Although this was our first trip to mainland Spain we fell in love with the town its little streets and many bars, restaurants and beaches and purchased our first spanish property. It was (as it should be) a good and easy experience which led us to a permanent move to Nerja 5 years later and a whole change of life........

In England both Marcus and Alison had busy jobs, Marcus for 26 years worked for a high street bank both as a personal bank manager and later as a commercial manager. Alison was a manager for age concern for 12 years. Since moving to Nerja they have both worked in the estate agency business for one of the leading agents in Nerja. Their background in customer service, finance and organisation, together with their knowledge and contacts in the local area made the move to setting up in business themselves an easy decision.

Our aim is to make the process of buying for someone new to Spain to be an easy and enjoyable experience without the hard sell that is often experienced in this business. We will give help and advice as required including introducing Independant English speaking solicitors, local banks, as well as accompanying you to obtain your NIE numbers (which is now necessary prior to purchasing your property) this can be done before or after having found your new home. If you decide to book with us for a viewing trip we will even pick you up from the airport and help you to find accomodation for your stay.
