At Blue-sky we want the whole process of buying your property to be as easy and stress free as possible. If You are buying for the first time in Spain we will guide you through the whole process from arriving in Spain to signing and getting the keys to your new home at the Notary.

If you come on a viewing trip with us we will collect you from the airport or if you prefer arrange transfers.
2.
We will arrange viewings of our properties and also do a search on your behalf of other properties available for sale in the area.
3.
If you do not know the area at all then we can show you the main areas of towns and facilities that are available.
4.
We will introduce you to an English speaking independent local solicitor who can carry out all the checks required to make sure the property is legal and free from debts.
5.
It will be necessary to obtain an NIE number to purchase your house. We will accompany you to the police station in Torre Del Mar to arrange this.
6.
We will take you to a bank to open an account and to discuss any mortgage requirements
7.
If you wish we can also introduce you to an English speaking mortgage broker for help in getting the best mortgage for you.
8.
Once you have chosen a property we will liaise with the seller or their representative to ensure that everything is completed satisfactorily and on time.
9.
We will accompany you to the notary to ensure that all goes smoothly on the day.
10.
We will join you on the terrace of your new home for a celebratory drink!
Finally it is your choice as to how much you want us to do but step 10 is compulsory.
